Smanjite unos soli, \u0161e\u0107era i zasi\u0107enih masno\u0107a kao i obimnost obroka.<br>Fizi\u010dka aktivacija: Svakodnevne fixi\u010dke aktivnosti , poput brzog hodanja, tr\u010danja ili plivanja, ja\u010da sr\u010dani mi\u0161i\u0107 i poma\u017ee u odr\u017eavanju zdrave tjelesne te\u017eine. Preporuke su da se dnevno najmanje 30 minuta aktivno kre\u0107emo.<br>&nbsp;Krvni pritisak i masno\u0107e u krvi: Periodicno mherenje krvnog pritiska i lipida omogu\u0107ava pravovremenu konttrolu i spre\u010davanje ne\u017eeljenih kardiovaskilarnih incidenata.<br>Tjelesna te\u017eina u zna\u010dajnoj mjeri uti\u010de na optere\u0107enje srca te je bitna kontrola i odr\u017eavanje.<br>Prestanak pu\u0161enja.<br>Izbjegavati stres: kontinuirano izlaganje stresu negativno uti\u010de na srce.
