Ishrana i unos teku\u0107ine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi i najva\u017eniji faktor je ispravna ishrana i adekvatan unos teku\u0107ine, koji ljeti mora biti ve\u0107i nego tokom hladnijih dana.<br>Unos teku\u0107ine treba da prati gubitak, a pacijent sam procjenjuje da li se vi\u0161e preznojava ili boravi u toplim prostorijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Za zdrave osobe:<\/strong> 3\u20134 litra teku\u0107ine tokom 24 sata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Za sr\u010dane bolesnike:<\/strong> unos teku\u0107ine uskladiti sa:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stvarnom potrebom organizma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gubicima zbog lijekova (diuretici)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poja\u010danim znojenjem i disanjem zbog vru\u0107ine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preporuka:<\/strong><br>Unos teku\u0107ine kontinuirano, u manjim koli\u010dinama (svakih 1\u20132 sata oko 150 ml, tj. jedna \u010da\u0161a vode ili vo\u0107nog napitka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Prilagodba terapije i mjerenje pritiska<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Antihipertenzivi:<\/strong><br>Zbog vru\u0107ine krvni sudovi se \u0161ire, a efekat lijekova za pritisak ja\u010da. Hipertoni\u010dari bi trebali kontrolisati krvni pritisak prije uzimanja terapije i po potrebi smanjiti dozu i do 50% (uz konsultaciju sa ljekarom).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Preporu\u010deno vo\u0107e i hrana<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e (borovnice, maline, kupine, jagode):<\/strong><br>Bogato flavonoidima, poma\u017ee u sni\u017eavanju pritiska i ja\u010danju krvnih sudova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lubenica:<\/strong><br>Hidratizira, bogata likopenom koji \u0161titi srce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jabuka:<\/strong><br>Izvor antioksidansa, vlakana i vitamina C \u2013 sni\u017eava holesterol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Banane:<\/strong><br>Bogate kalijem, reguli\u0161u pritisak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avokado:<\/strong><br>Nezasi\u0107ene masne kiseline i kalij.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Citrusi (narand\u017ea, limun, grejp):<\/strong><br>Vitamin C, bolja elasti\u010dnost krvnih sudova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crno gro\u017e\u0111e:<\/strong><br>Resveratrol za zdravlje srca i sni\u017eavanje pritiska.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kivi:<\/strong><br>Vitamin C i kalij, spre\u010dava ugru\u0161ak i poja\u010dava cirkulaciju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biljna vlakna i \u017eitarice:<\/strong><br>Sni\u017eavaju krvni pritisak i holesterol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preporuka:<\/strong><br>Obroci neka budu lagani, bogati povr\u0107em, ribom, maslinovim uljem i \u017eitaricama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Dodatne preporuke i upozorenja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pazite na simptome:<\/strong><br>Pad pritiska, ubrzan rad srca, oticanje stopala, slabost, ko\u017eni osipi, promjene raspolo\u017eenja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Psihijatrijska terapija:<\/strong><br>Lijekovi mogu poja\u010dati osjetljivost ko\u017ee na sunce \u2013 koristiti za\u0161titne kreme, boraviti u hladovini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Izbjegavati fizi\u010dku aktivnost tokom najtoplijeg dijela dana.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ne konzumirati alkohol tokom vru\u0107ina.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preporu\u010duje se kupanje hladnijom vodom, lagana odje\u0107a od pamuka ili lana i no\u0161enje za\u0161titnih \u0161e\u0161ira.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prilagodite svakodnevne navike i terapiju ljetnim uslovima.
